No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. All sales are final. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

No Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges on any products. Each item is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged/defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and, at our discretion, offer an appropriate resolution such as a replacement. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
